So you’re having trouble getting through the day in one productive piece. It's okay, we’ve all been there. Staying productive can be hard, but it doesn't have to be. That's why BTW is here to help!

Here at BTW, we believe that staying organized and planning ahead is essential to staying productive and managing a busy lifestyle. Staying productive is so much easier than you think if you have the right tools, which is why we're here to talk about 5 of our favorite apps that help us keep the pace.

Tick Tick

For everyday tasks we use the Tick Tick app, which is your basic to-do list. We love it because it allows us to check off simple tasks during the day to make sure we're getting everything done. When using the app, you can also set up alerts in a calendar to be reminded when meetings or events are occurring or if certain projects are due.

Google Docs

Who doesn't use Google Docs? Google Docs has been around for years and still provides us with an easy way to edit documents on-the-go or from different devices. It also comes in handy when you're working on a document with more than one person and they can make edits as well without having to e-mail back and forth constantly. No one likes a full inbox!

Buffer

Here at BTW, we love the Buffer app for all of our social media management needs. Buffer is a scheduling app that let's you pre-post your social media posts, which is super great if you're working on being cohesive, and release them at a specific time. Studies have shown that Facebook, Twitter and Instagram are more active at certain times of the day. This app allows you to schedule your posts to be visible during the times your audience is online.

Cisco Spark

Cisco Spark is an awesome app that emails you every morning a summary of what your day has in store. It's basically a virtual assistant that lists your tasks for the day and gives you times for each one. You can also use the app to manage your team and remind people of meetings, projects, or tasks they need to complete.

Pushbullet

For increased productivity, BTW uses the Pushbullet app. Pushbullet syncs with both your computer and phone so you're able to do your work from both. This is especially great because you can see your messages, social media notifications, or any other phone apps on your computer screen even when your phone is in another room.

These are some of our top-used apps, but as always, we're open to suggestions, so if you have one you'd like to share with us, please feel free to leave them in the comments below!
